For attorneys & firms

How the partnership works.

Is this my app or YourLegal's?

It's yours. Your branding, published under your Apple Developer and Google Play accounts. YourLegal.app builds and operates it on your behalf, and you own the client relationship.

What happens if I stop subscribing?

The app becomes inactive. It does not stay functional without an active subscription, which means the operational infrastructure depends on your ongoing relationship with YourLegal.app. We're incentivized to keep you happy.

What states do you operate in?

We currently serve attorneys in Florida and are expanding to additional metros. Contact us to confirm availability in your market.

How long does setup take?

Typically 3 to 5 weeks from signed agreement to published app: branding, build, testing, App Store review, and launch.

Does this work for solo practitioners or only large firms?

Both. The pricing is built for practices of all sizes. Solo practitioners benefit just as much as large firms, sometimes more, because every case matters more.

Who builds and maintains the app?

We do, end to end. YourLegal.app handles the build, the App Store and Google Play submissions, ongoing updates, security, and the back-end infrastructure. Your team never has to touch a line of code or manage a release.

Pricing

How much does it cost?

A one-time setup fee plus a single subscription that covers everything. No per-lead fees, no revenue share. And it doesn't take much to pay for itself.

Running it day to day

How it works once you're live.

How do my clients actually get the app on their phones?

You distribute it everywhere your firm already shows up: at intake with every new client, in your email signature, on a QR code in your waiting room and at community events, and at the end of every ad you already run. Every install is a future case that's already connected to you.

How do cases actually reach my intake?

Automatically. When a client completes the guided walkthrough, everything they documented (photos, injury notes, timestamps, GPS location, witness contacts, and insurance details) is compiled into one organized case package and delivered straight to your intake. No email chains, no chasing details weeks later.

Does the app only cover car accidents?

Vehicle accidents are the core flow, and the app is built to guide additional injury types, including slips and falls, workplace injuries, dog bites, and defective product injuries, with more rolling out. Whatever brings the case in, your firm is the one tap away.

Can the app work with my existing intake or case management system?

Yes. Case packages are delivered wherever your intake lives, starting with the inbox or destination you choose. And because we operate as your app development team, deeper integrations with your case management or intake platform are the kind of custom work we can build as your app grows.

Can I add custom features to my app?

Yes. Because your app is a standalone build published under your own accounts, it can grow however you want: new features, integrations with your case management system, campaign-specific screens. We're your app development team, and you start from a finished app instead of square one.

What do you need from me to get started?

Very little: your logo and brand colors, the firm contact information your clients should reach, where you want case packages delivered, and Apple and Google developer accounts (we walk you through setting those up). From there we handle the build, testing, store submission, and launch, typically in 3 to 5 weeks.

Is my clients' information confidential?

Yes. Everything a client documents goes to one place only: your firm. We don't sell leads, share data, or work both sides. The app is built and operated to SOC 2 standards for security, availability, and confidentiality, with security patches applied continuously.
